These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of sceneslive.com (the "Service"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Your Account

You're responsible for the security of your account and everything that happens under it. Don't share your password, and let us know right away if you think your account's been compromised.

Your Content

You keep ownership of anything you upload or post — videos, images, comments, messages, and so on ("Content"). By posting Content, you grant Scenes Live a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display it as needed to operate the Service (for example, showing your video on your channel page and in search/browse listings). You're solely responsible for your Content and must have the rights to post it.

Prohibited Content & Conduct

You agree not to post or do any of the following:

• Pornographic content. (Nudity or depictions of the human body that aren't sexually explicit — art, modeling, and similar — is fine.)
• Content depicting or promoting child sexual abuse in any form. This, and any other content or conduct that violates applicable law (including EU law), will be reported to law enforcement.
• Content that reveals another person's private or personal information without their consent (doxxing).
• Obsessive harassment or stalking of another user — including death threats or any other threat of real-life violence, and any attempt to harass, threaten, or track someone down outside the Service in real life.
• Spam, scams, malware, or automated/bot use of the Service.
• Impersonating another user on this website by stealing their real name, photos, or other personal information to pass yourself off as them, or posting their personal information that isn't publicly available by default.
• Anything illegal under applicable law.

Live Rooms

The same rules above apply in real time in Live Rooms and their chat. Room hosts and moderators may remove participants from their own room at any time. If you enable recording while hosting a room, you're responsible for the recorded content the same as any other upload.

Reporting & Enforcement

Report content or users you believe violate these Terms using the report option available on videos, channels, comments, and rooms. Our moderation team reviews reports and may, at our discretion, remove content, issue warnings, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms — repeat or severe violations (including attempts to evade a ban by creating a new account) typically result in a permanent ban.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time via our Contact form. We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't pre-screen Content before it's posted and aren't responsible for Content posted by users.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scenes Live won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
