Many many witnesses saw men with tripods and cameras pointing at the towers before the planes hit, remember that? Ppl called in, cops stopped the van later that day, and they were identified as mossad agents. Then they were let go and boarded a plane back to Israel. When I was doing research years ago, I found a vid from an Israeli news show, a casual chat with these agents, saying they were told to go film the towers on 9/11 by it they didn't know why. This was huge news at the time but was brushed under the rug in the states. I think someone told them no, we aren't bombing Iraq, so Israel gave us a reason. There was zero evidence against bin laden, he was just happy about it. So maybe Trump is trying to say no. Our presidents are under control, they aren't in charge.

Using your example from before, about if Japan had said "ok it's peacetime now after we bombed Pearl harbor", ...just think if they made a statement saying we agree to a ceasefire 6 hrs before Japan will stop bombing us lol. Yeah they don't want war with the US, only Israel wants war, as usual. That ceasefire is a joke, it's giving Israel 6 more hours to bomb away without return fire from iran.(?) I doubt Iran ever agreed to that.
